Our SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES are based on the needs of the individuals we support and enables them to make sense of and take control of their lives. We honor the right of each individual to pursue life in a supportive environment that fosters respect, dignity and individuality. Through person-centered planning, we support individuals to develop a vision for a good life, think about what they need to know and do and identify how to find and develop a support system.
